• Bob weight installed and checking balance

Stage 2

• Found unbalanced flywheel

Stage 3 

• Thread the existing balancing holes and plug

Stage 4

• Existing balancing holes plugged and new holes drilled to balance the flywheel

Stage 5

• Crankpin bearing installation

Stage 6

• Connecting rod installation

• Assembling flywheel with flywheel jig
